Do you arrange hosting?

StudioBuild can arrange hosting, domains and deployment. We do not advertise active managed hosting of infrastructure. Questions go via the client portal.

With every website package (Basis, Standard, Premium): portal support for 30 days after go-live. After that via a maintenance plan or paid requests. No phone support or meetings. Weekday response indication: within 1 business day.

Indication: Basis 1–2 weeks, Standard 2–3 weeks, Premium 3–5 weeks. You track exact status live in the client portal. Late client content extends the timeline.

Enterprise needing SSO, 24/7 SLA or dedicated account management is outside standard packages (Custom only, without promising what we don’t deliver).

How many feedback rounds do I get?

Within package scope: digital feedback via the client portal until delivery acceptance. Work outside the chosen scope (extra pages, new functionality) is an add-on order or Custom change — not an open-ended process.

What happens after payment?

After successful payment we create your client portal, start production per the package plan, and you can upload files. You see progress and delivery in the portal. Communication is digital — no phone rounds. Support for 30 days after go-live is included in every website package.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Standard packages are paid securely online at order time. Work starts after payment. Cancellation and refunds follow the terms: digitally delivered custom services have limited withdrawal rights; details are on the Terms page.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Site prices are excl. VAT unless stated otherwise. After payment you receive invoice details via the platform / portal. StudioBuild publishes KvK 85621293 and VAT identification number NL004120733B68; they also appear on the invoice.

How do you handle confidential data?

Files and messages in the client portal are used to deliver the project. We do not sell customer data. For larger engagements we can digitally confirm an NDA or processing arrangement on request. We state clearly which security and processing measures apply.

Not included: full copywriting or photography, managed hosting/active server management, unlimited revisions outside the chosen scope, phone support or meetings, and enterprise SLAs (24/7, dedicated account team). Hosting and domain can be added optionally; maintenance is a separate subscription.
