General

These terms apply to all quotes and agreements of StudioBuild. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Quotes

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude VAT unless indicated otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. StudioBuild aims to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by late content from the client extend the delivery period.

Payment

Payment follows the agreed schedule. In case of late payment we may suspend work.

Intellectual property

After full payment, usage rights of the delivered design transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed. StudioBuild may showcase the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

StudioBuild is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project.
