What you supply

  • The inspection addresses: street, number, postcode and town (1 to 500 per request, also as CSV/XLSX)
  • Work drawing(s) as PDF
  • Soil report as PDF, no older than 1 year, with the report date
  • Purpose of the inspection, on-site contact and preferred date (optional)

What you receive

  • Digital pre-check of the addresses, including via Street View
  • On-site inspection on an agreed inspection day (up to 10 addresses per day)
  • Findings on paving, obstacles, access, above-ground objects and deviations from the assignment
  • A reviewed report with photos, date and notes per address, as PDF in your portal

What an inspection is

  • An inspection is a visual observation of the situation on the street.
  • Ground investigation, locating cables and pipes and engineering are not included.
  • For underground cables and pipes the KLIC notification remains the source.

    Request

    You enter the addresses and upload the work drawing and the soil report.

  2. 02

    Digital pre-check

    We review the locations first, including via Street View, and plan the inspection days.

  3. 03

    Proposal & payment

    You receive a proposal with addresses, inspection days and price. After approval and payment we schedule.

  4. 04

    On-site inspection

    We visit the addresses and record the visible situation with photos.

  5. 05

    Report

    A reviewed report with photos per address, as PDF in your portal.

Questions about the inspection

Which documents do I supply?

The inspection addresses, the work drawing(s) as PDF and a soil report as PDF no older than 1 year. Purpose, on-site contact and preferred date are optional.

How many addresses per inspection day?

Up to 10. With more addresses we plan several inspection days; travel time is charged per inspection day.

Can I enter many addresses at once?

Yes. Up to 500 addresses per request, via a CSV or XLSX template or by pasting rows from Excel.

What is not part of the inspection?

Ground investigation, locating cables and pipes and engineering. For underground cables and pipes the KLIC notification remains the source.

When do I receive the report?

After the inspection and review, the report per address appears as PDF in your portal. The planning is in the proposal.
