What StudioBuild is
Contractors and infrastructure companies send their project documents. StudioBuild checks the file, prepares the project and coordinates what others need to do, such as a traffic plan.
What StudioBuild is not
- Not an engineering firm: we do not design or calculate.
- Not an automated platform: every file is reviewed by a person.
- Not a contractor: we do no field work.
- Not a permitting authority: approval lies with the competent authority or the client.
Limits
- No design responsibility: we do not design; we draw from your design, route and data.
- No field work: no surveying, site supervision or excavation.
- We do not design or calculate HDD bores; we structure the drilling dossier and draw in completed bores based on the drilling data you supply.
- No structural calculations or engineer-of-record work.
- No geotechnical advice or CPT work.
- No traffic engineering by StudioBuild itself: a traffic plan is drawn up by a suitable external specialist, coordinated by StudioBuild.
- KLIC guidance is no guarantee that network operator data is error-free or complete.
- No full tendering or award on behalf of the client.
